Sept 10: Independent School Admissions Workshop

The Asian Educators Alliance of New York has joined with the Museum of Chinese in America to put on an event titled, "Independent Schools: Access and Affordability for Asian Families." The event will take place on September 10, 2009 from 6:15-8:00pm at the museum, 215 Centre Street, NY, NY 10013 (map).
--------------------------------------------

What are independent schools? What is the application process? How do I afford it? These are common questions that families new to the private schools often ask. New York City and its surrounding areas, including New Jersey and Connecticut, offer a variety of exceptional independent school education options to Asian and Pacific Islander families looking for the best educational opportunity for their children.

Asian Educators Alliance New York (AsEANY) and the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) are proud to present the first Independent Schools: Access & Affordability for Asian Families at the new home of MOCA. Parents will hear directly from several independent school administrators and have the opportunity to ask questions about the process.

Due to the limited seating facility, RSVP is highly recommended. RSVP to info@aseany.org.

Please forward along to any who might be interested!
